with either one or two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
Varying between 26 an 56 m,
all are uniquely furnished, resulting in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
Each apartment is equipped with a Telephone. |

provided at no extra cost. Other services are available on request. |

Rates:

| The daily rate for a long term stay
(ie over 90 days)
starts at € 15,77
to 23,- p. night (reduced service!) and includes the above mentioned cleaning
service and tax. Electricity and heating are extra and are charged
according to consumption. All charges above are based for one person. A
one month
deposit is required on arrival. A confirmed reservation requires a
deposit. The ÖHVB
(Austrian Hotel Law) is effective. |
